The project group included:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jenny Bergenmar<\/strong>, project manager, is professor of literature at the University of Gothenburg. She has previously worked on several projects in digital humanities and is affiliated with the Gothenburg Research Infrastructure in Digital Humanities at the University of Gothenburg. Her research includes work on Selma Lagerl\u00f6f and other female authors, the importance of literature for readers from different contexts, and she is currently developing a new project on literature and disability. For more about her research, see: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gu.se\/om-universitetet\/hitta-person\/jennybergenmar\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.gu.se\/om-universitetet\/hitta-person\/jennybergenmar<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Koraljka Golub <\/strong>is a researcher in library and information science at Linnaeus University. With her background in research in subject metadata, she had an advisory role in the Queerlit project. Golub also took care of surveys aimed at identifying the needs of different users of the sub-database. For more on her research, see: <a href=\"https:\/\/lnu.se\/en\/staff\/koraljka.golub\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/lnu.se\/en\/staff\/koraljka.golub\/<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karin Henning<\/strong> is a university librarian at KvinnSam, Gothenburg University Library. There she works with indexing in the database KVINNSAM, i.e. trying to describe literature in women&#8217;s history and gender research with keywords. The Queerlit database is included as a sub-database in Libris, just like the KVINNSAM database, and Henning\u2019s work in the Queerlit project included support on indexing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sam Holmqvist<\/strong>, project researcher, has a PhD in literary studies and defended their thesis on trans motifs in 19th century Swedish literature. Since then, they have published several articles on trans history. In addition to Queerlit, Holmqvist currently teaches gender studies at S\u00f6dert\u00f6rn University. For more on Holmqvist&#8217;s research, see: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sh.se\/kontakt\/forskare\/sam-holmqvist\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.sh.se\/kontakt\/forskare\/sam-holmqvist<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Siska Humlesj\u00f6<\/strong>, project assistant, system librarian and research engineer, has previously worked with library systems, metadata and systems integration at both research and public libraries. She has worked with LGBTQI literature as a reviewer and writer. \u00a0In the Queerlit project, Humlesj\u00f6 worked, among other things, with the integration into Libris and the indexing of the literature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Olov Kristr\u00f6m <\/strong>is a librarian with a passionate interest in queer books\u2014preferably old and overlooked. In the Queerlit project, Kristr\u00f6m was responsible for creating the QLIT-thesaurus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sebastian L\u00f6nnl\u00f6v <\/strong>is a librarian and literary critic, with a master&#8217;s degree in both literature and library and information science. He has written the bibliography <em>HBTQ: B\u00f6cker bortom normen<\/em> (2014). In the Queerlit project, L\u00f6nnl\u00f6v worked with inventing and indexing the literature included in the database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arild Matsson <\/strong>is a research engineer at the Gothenburg Research Infrastructure in Digital Humanities at the University of Gothenburg. He has a master&#8217;s degree in language technology and works for Spr\u00e5kbanken Text. As a research engineer, Matsson was responsible for technical solutions in research.
