This also includes works translated into Swedish and written by authors mainly active within the current borders of Sweden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The database includes autobiographical texts in the proximity of fiction, such as essays, letters, and diaries, which to a large extent\u2014either directly or indirectly\u2014deal with the subject areas of the database.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The areas of the database include same-sex sexual practices, emotions and \/ or identities; as well as transgressions of binary gender norms through body, dress and \/ or identity. These areas include but are not limited to what is today commonly known as LGBTQI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The database includes works that either explicitly address these themes, and \/ or where these are evident based on context.
